Our client is looking for a Multifamily Project Manager to join them on the exciting new build of a couple different projects. This role is a permanent hire and will offer great opportunities of growth.

Key responsibilities for this Multifamily Project Manager Role include:
-Plan and oversee the entire lifecycle of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within the allocated funding.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor progress to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved on time.
Experience required for this Multifamily Project Manager inculde:
- Extensive experience overseeing multifamily construction projects, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Strong background in managing subcontractors, contracts, and project documentation.
- Proficient in coordinating with design teams, ensuring compliance with building codes, and resolving project issues.
Package offered for this Multifamily Project Manager role:
- $140,000k - $175,000k base.
- 20%-40% yearly bonus of the base salary.
- Truck allowance.
