If railway bridges and stations are not just buildings for you, but monuments of technical creativity and engineering, then we are looking for you! Become our structural engineer (m/f/d) for the planning of railway infrastructure structures and design the traffic arteries of the future with us.

Your Role

As our new project engineer (m/f/d) in the field of railway infrastructure, you will work on structural engineering projects across all performance phases. You will prepare static and dynamic calculations and carry out mass and quantity determinations.

You will strengthen our existing “Bridges and Structures” department at one of our locations in Hamburg or Düsseldorf.

Your New Team

You will be part of the "Bridges and Structures" department with locations in Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf and Munich. Since we like to work in an interdisciplinary manner and provide all services ourselves, you will work closely with colleagues from geotechnics, environmental planning, open space planning, construction logistics, etc. We love our flexible workplaces, which give us the freedom to sit together in a team either undisturbed in closed, smaller areas or at larger tables. We value the opportunity to exchange ideas on all aspects of our work with our international colleagues within, in Denmark, Finland or Great Britain.  

About You

  • Successfully completed degree in civil engineering / specialization in structural engineering, M.Sc. is an advantage
  • Interest in modelling and design, especially in railway infrastructure projects
  • knowledge of steel, composite and solid construction
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Confident and competent appearance
  • Very good German skills round off your profile
