Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor
We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable, high-quality builder specialising in luxury residential projects across Oxfordshire. The Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a dynamic and close-knit team working on high-end residential projects. Your primary focus will be managing costs, contracts, and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget, while maintaining the high standards the company is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender documents.
- Managing project costs and ensuring value for money.
- Conducting cost analysis, risk management, and budget forecasting.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Handling payments, valuations, and variations as necessary.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the residential sector.
- Solid knowledge of cost control and contract administration.
- Experience with luxury projects, including refurbishments, conversions, and new builds, is desirable.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work well within a small team.
