Business Change Manager

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Business Change Manager to join a wholesaler of Full Fibre Networks on a contract basis drive the transformational change across the business and manage the full change management life cycle to ensure the business is equipped to embrace the large-scale change.

Your role as Business Change Manager will give you the opportunity to build relationships and to utilise cross-functional skill from Operational teams in the wider business to ensure successful deliver of Business Change.

Key responsibilities for Business Change Manager role:

- Develop and Implement Change Management Strategy
- Develop the Internal Change Management Strategies
- Identify and Engage with Key Stakeholders to assess the impact of Changes and ensure alignment with Business Objectives.
- Work with internal team to ensure meaningful engagement with Stakeholders throughout the Change Lifecycle, particularly ahead of Key Project Change Milestones.
- Develop change network to drive change across the organisation and ensure readiness for consumption of change for strategic programmes.
- Develop Business Readiness plans, and track to completion
- Facilitate the design and support delivery of training programs to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies in line with readiness activities
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful change implementation and foresee/manage upcoming barriers which could affect progress.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, ensuring they meet objectives and outcomes. Review adoption metrics to identify areas of opportunity to increase adoption. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement to refine initiatives and improve customer outcomes

Requirements for this Business Change Manager role:

- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
- Track record of successful Management and Delivery of multiple projects at one time.
- 10 + years of Business Change experience
- Agile Working Knowledge and Experience
