Design Support Manager
I’m looking for a Design Support Manager to fit into a dynamic team to deliver large scale complex programmes for a Telecoms Infrastructure specialist in the Northwest of England.
Key responsibilities for the Design Support Manager role:
- Support the Head of Design, Design Manager and Design leads alongside managing a team of Design Admin/Co-ordinators
- Delivery / Contract Management
- Report to the Head of Design to ensure smooth delivery of projects for client and company quality KPI’s
- Management and Co-ordination of both internal and external suppliers within the design department
- Management of project change requests and ensure completion dates are claimed in Site Tracker to allow for work in progress to be closed down by Design Manager/Head of Design
- Manage both internal and external systems to ensure key milestone forecasts
Requirements for this Design Support Manager role:
- Experience of managing an admin/coordination team to deliver large scale complex programmes
- Experience managing remotely located, cross functional teams
- Proficient in formulating and executing a delivery plan after understanding the client’s scope and delivery demand
- Telecoms industry knowledge
Package offered for Design Support Manager role:
- £30-36K
- Hybrid working – flexible hours
