Based in their Leeds office with options for homebased working 2 days a week.
The Commercial and Pricing Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of pricing strategies, driving commercial growth, and ensuring profitability across the organisation. This role will oversee the end-to-end commercial processes, manage key stakeholder relationships, and optimise pricing models to support business objectives.

What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy, aligning with business goals and market trends.

- Oversee the development and implementation of pricing models and frameworks.

- Analyse financial performance data to assess the impact of pricing and commercial strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred).
