My client is a successful contractor who holds an excellent reputation in the industry.
They specialise in are a variety of sectors and this particular project is working on a Prison consisting of Small Secure House Blocks.
Due to the continuing growth of the Business, they are now looking to take on an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor for a project due to start in Glasgow.
The successful Freelance Quantity Surveyor will assist them in their core market.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Commercial Manager Role:
- Scheduling of rates, and applications of payment, and revenue / reports
- Managing own diary
- Understand, prepare and present monthly cost/value reports.
- Preparation and management of sub-contracts.
- Maintaining appropriate commercial records in line with contract requirements
Key Experience for this Freelance Commercial Manager Role:
- 2+ years Commercial Manager experience, ideally with experience within a similar role
- Relevance degree or qualification in the field.
