Job Title:
Commercial Manager
The company is a busy and rapidly expanding Rail Contractor who have acquired work on upcoming Network Rail frameworks. They are looking for a Commercial Manager to join their commercial team. My client would also be interested in speaking to Senior Quantity Surveyors looking to take a step up.
The role would be office based in York, with some travel to sites around Yorkshire.
Key responsibilities for this Commercial Manager role:
- Responsible for all commercial aspect of the department
- Work alongside the Directors to ensure optimal commercial running of projects
- Maintaining appropriate commercial records in line with company & contract requirements
Experience required for this Commercial Manager role:
- 6+ years Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management experience, ideally with experience of the rail industry.
- Experience of working with NEC/NR contracts.
- Relevant degree or qualification in the field.
Package offered for this Commercial Manager role:
- Up to £85,000 per annum
- Car allowance/company car
- 24 days annual leave + BH
