This is a great opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a well-established Telecommunications company to provide support on a Network Expansion Project.

Your role as Commercial Manager will give you the opportunity to use and develop your skills and provide support across the business and their projects, whilst managing a team of Quantity Surveyors to ensure delivery of projects are within agreed timelines and desired outcomes.

Key responsibilities for this Commercial Manager role:

  • Coaching, Training, and Supporting Team of Quantity Surveyors.
  • Handling of Final Accounts and Tendering Stages.
  • Reporting of Project Costs, Budgets and Variations to Clients.
  • Meeting Project Deadlines on Time and with Emphasis on Quality.
  • Managing Cost Value Reconciliation Events; and Organising and Adhering to Compensation Events.

Requirements for this Commercial Manager role:

  • 4 Years+ Experience in the Mobile Telecommunications Sector.
  • Previously Managed a Team of Quantity Surveyors – 3 Minimum.
  • Organised, Focused, and Able to Meet Deadlines.
  • NEC 3 & 4 Contract Form Experience.
  • Demonstration of Creating and Utilising Pivot Tables.
