Job Title:
Engineering Manager
The company is a Tier 1 Main Contractor who operate on major infrastructure projects across the UK. This role will form an essential part of the project design team, with the function of leading a multi-disciplinary team on a Highways project.
The candidate will be ideally based in a commutable distance Warrington or Mottram in Longdendale, however hybrid working is available.

Key responsibilities for this Engineering Manager role:
- Ensuring all design deliverables on the project are produced in accordance with project programme, budget and technical requirements.
- Developing & growing the deseign team
- Engaging with the Supply Chain, Clients, Designers and other framework Delivery Partners
Experience required for this Engineering Manager role:
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) with either the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) or the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (CIHT)
- Degree or HND qualified in Civil Engineering
- Strong leadership skills, able to manage a team of 20+ staff
Package offered for this role:
- Up to £86,000 per annum
