My client is a respected main contractor who specialise in commercial and retail refurbishment projects.
Due to a full order book that takes them well into 2025 and new tenders being successfully secured, they are now looking to add to their already strong commercial team by taking on a freelance quantity/senior quantity surveyor to assist the team on retail refurbishments across the UK.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor Role:
Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour
Preparing tender and contract documents
Assigning work to subcontractors
Valuing completed work, managing budgets and overseeing payments
Essential Experience for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor Role:
Experience of running similar projects
5 + Years experience as a quantity surveyor
Degree qualified
CSCS Card
