Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location : Southeast London
Rate: £350 - £400 per day - Outside IR35
Duration: 24-month ongoing Freelance Contract
Payment: Ltd Company
Various Project: Commercial, Residential, Apartments, Houses, Student Accommodation, Healthcare, Education, Sport & Leisure, Civic & Heritage
My client is a main contractor, who has over 70 years within the industry and due to the growth in the business is looking for a freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor who is keen to learn, confident can hit the ground running and is interested in long term freelance work.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Scheduling of rates, and applications of payment, and revenue / reports
- Managing own diary
- Understand, prepare and present monthly cost/value reports.
- Preparation and management of sub-contracts.
- Maintaining appropriate commercial records in line with contract requirements
Key Experience for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
- 2+ years' experience, ideally with experience within a similar role
- Relevance degree or qualification in the field.
