About the role:
As the lead Architect you will design, project manage and deliver a broad range of exciting projects.
Responsibilities include:
-Leading multidisciplinary Design Teams as the Lead Architect on larger projects.
-Liaising with clients / contractors.
-Lead and manage the workload of 2 Architectural Technicians.
Skills required:
-Be adept in Revit / AutoCAD.
-Be ARB registered.
-Be able to apply technical judgement to ensure projects are compliant with design standards.
-Have experience across all RIBA work stages.
-Have experience in a client facing role.
