Location: Leeds (with travel throughout the Yorkshire West region)

Sector: Residential New Homes / Housebuilding

Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + Company Car or Enhanced Car Allowance (£8,000 - £9,000)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a leading organisation in the residential sector. This role is perfect for Managing Quantity Surveyors looking for a change or Senior Quantity Surveyors ready to take the next step in their career. You will support the Commercial Director in driving profitability through effective contractor procurement, cost planning, and overall commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team while ensuring adherence to all people management policies and procedures.
  • Set, monitor, and deliver project budgets while ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, site staff, and various departments to foster effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop strong relationships across functions to achieve successful outcomes aligned with business goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, enhancing their skills and performance.
