Job Title: MEP Manager 

Location: North West 

Salary: £55,000 

 

I am currently working on behalf of a Main Contractor who are seeking a motivated and ambitious MEP Manager to join their team in the North West. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career while contributing to new build, fit-out, installation, and refurbishment projects in the building sector.

About the Role:

As an MEP Manager, you will support the coordination and delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across a range of projects. Working closely with senior team members, you will gain hands-on experience in managing technical aspects and site activities, with a key focus on the commissioning phase. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the management of MEP activities on-site.
  • Carrying out/overseeing the delivery of installations and commissioning processes.
  • Prepare and review site documentation.
  • Collaborating with the project team to ensure timelines and standards are met.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • An understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Experience working for a Main Contractor, Subcontractor or Consultancy as an MEP Manager or similar job title. 
  • A willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge.
  • Good organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
