Construction Manager
Location : Redbridge (London) based, 5 days on site
Engagement : Ltd company outside IR35
Rate : £500 per day depending on experience
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager to join a subcontractor who specialises in Gas works.
Our client is looking for a Construction Manager to ensure the effective management and delivery of the project, ensuring programme requirements are met whilst working in line with both Company and divisional objectives and achieving the client and customer aspirations and expectations. To manage contracts to achieve targets in respect of safety, time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction

Key responsibilities for this Construction Manager role:
Management of construction activities
Control of costs
Liaison with the Health & Safety Manager
Liaison with the Project Manager
Management of site personnel
Control of plant, equipment & materials administration
Experience required for this Construction Manager role:
CSCS Managers Card
SMSTS / IOSH
EUSR SHEA Gas Competency
Extensive experience of delivering multidiscipline construction projects ideally with Gas Pipeline and/or AGI/Compressor Station experience.
