Senior Planner – M&E
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Planner to join a leading provider in infrastructure services, construction and property developments.
The company has been operating for around 100 years and have worked on vital infrastructure projects. Your role as Senior Planner will be supporting a major energy project in the installation of mechanical, electrical and fitout of RC frame buildings.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Planner role:
- Planning to deliver an NEC option C contract.
- Create programmes from 1st principles, utilising M&E schedules, drawings and specifications.
- Create an integrated programme from subcontractor programmes.
- Introduce and analyse change in programmes according to prescriptive NEC conditions.
Experience required for this Senior Planner role:
- UK NEC contract based planning experience.
- Must be familiar with reinforced concrete frame building techniques/methodologies.
- Must be familiar with impact/delay programmes..
- P6 experience.
Package offered for this Senior Planner role:
- £82,000 base salary. (DOE)
- Company car / car allowance.
