We are looking for a Polier/ Vorarbeiter to join my client close to Nürnberg, Bayern, Deutschland. A well established construction company on large scale Infrastructure projects in Germany. With over 120,000 employees worldwide, they are constantly looking to expand.
The projects involves Tunnelling, HDD Drilling, Pipelines, Highways, Roads, Underground structures, Earthworks & Geotechnics.
Information about the Client:
After successfully implementing the major projects S21 in Stuttgart (Deutsche Bahn) and B247 in Mühlhausen/Thuringia (PPP), we have been awarded another exciting project in the Upper Palatinate in eastern Bavaria by the transmission system operator TenneT: the laying of the SuedOstLink line. The direct current line will transport wind energy from the north of Germany to the industrialized south. The project will supply Bavaria with clean and affordable electricity from 2027. We are making an important contribution to the German energy transition.
Your tasks:
• Planning and organizing work processes on the construction site
• Coordinating the use of equipment and materials
• Managing the construction site personnel
• Implementing construction plans
• Ensuring site security and compliance with quality standards
• Maintaining the quality of the services provided and completing them on time
Your profile:
• Several years of professional experience as a foreman
• Experience in civil engineering/road construction/earthworks
• Organizational and communication skills
• Practical and solution-oriented approach
• Open-mindedness, flexibility and adaptability
• Self-motivated, committed and reliable
• Fluent oral and written German, French and/or English skills are an advantage
