Key responsibilities for this Site Manager role:
- Client and subcontractor relations.
- Cost management.
- Deadlines.
- 5x on site/in the office as and when required.
Experience required for this Site Manager role:
- NEC option A
- P6 Programme knowledge is a bonus - not a requirement
- Cost Reports
- Client Facing Experience
- Civil engineering background
Package offered for this Site Manager role:
- £500PAYE Day rate
- 18months - 2years of freelance work
