Location: Office is in Woking, site visits required
Engagement: Freelance
Day rate: £350-£450 depending on Seniority (QS or SQS)
My client is currently looking for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor to help manage their current high stret rejuvenation project in Surrey. They are anticipating the project to run until circa March 2025.
This is a great oppurutnity for a freelancer to secure a solid contract with a succesful contractor.
Key responsibilities for this Project Quantity Surveyor role:
- Work alongside Senior QS's/ Commerical managers to manage projects from start to finish
- Manage day to day commercial and contract activities.
- Sub-contract procurement ensuring maximum value for money.
Experience required for this Project Quantity Surveyor role:
- Good knowledge of NEC and JCT
- Experience within Highways
- Preparation of final accounts and sub contract procurement
