Job Title: Project Quantity Surveyor - Site based
Salary: £55,000-£65,000 + Car Allowance, 26 days Holiday, Private Health Care, Pension 6%

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to manage an industrial project based in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for all commercial aspects of the project, ensuring cost control, contract administration, and financial reporting are managed efficiently. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive, team-oriented professional capable of running projects independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial and contractual aspects of the project from start to finish.
- Administer and manage the JCT contract, ensuring compliance and adherence to company standards.
- Prepare and present cost reports, valuations, and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial tracking.
- Work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and client to deliver the project on time and within budget.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor.
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and experience administering them.
- Ability to manage and run a project independently, demonstrating strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-player attitude.
- Experience in the industrial sector
