Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting new role? We are a prominent residential developer seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join our clients team. If you have a strong background in quantity surveying within Ireland or the UK, and a minimum of 4 years of experience, particularly on residential projects, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of quantity surveying for residential projects.
- Oversee project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and manage project cost reports and documentation.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Ireland or the UK.
- Proven track record in residential projects.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
