Quantity Surveyor - South Wales
Our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor to join their existing team.
They are national house builder (private and social) with a base in Cardiff and due to increase in sites need further commercial support for the team
House building experience would be ideal but is not essential. In addition a wider experience with construction contractors would be an advantage
The ideal candidate
- QS with 5+ years' experience
Salary: up to £55,000 dependent upon experience, plus car/ allowance and benefits
The ideal candidate will be located: South Wales
