Quantity Surveyor
Office based: Uxbridge
This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well established company in the Rail/Civils/Aviation sector. Working on Framework with Heathrow to include rail, terminal and airside delivery all within a single framework. Resulting in cost savings and allowing the project to run with maximum efficiency.
As your role as a Quantity Surveyor you will be working you will be assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor in all Commercial matters relating to the business and progression of the project.

Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:
-Costings
-Sub-contract payments
-Preparing reviewing and issuing of contract documents
-Support the operational team
-Commercial process from start to finish including but not limited to CVR's, EW's, CE's, client negotiations and tender process.
-Assisting in the preparation of client valuations for payment
-Quantification of works.
-Visit sites as and when required.
Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Contract/change management
- Full commercial process from start to finish
- Rail/Civils background

- Market rate day rate
