Regional Director
I have an opportunity for a Regional Director to join an engineering design consultancy that specialises in civil and structural design works across Rail and Highways. Sustainability, innovation and value for money are always central to their delivery. The services they offer stretch across both the public and private sectors, and for large and small organisations, who have complex challenges to tackle.
They are looking for a Regional Director who has design consultancy experience within CRE and civils to join there Glasgow office.
The key responsibilities for this Regional Director role are:
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and dealing directly with the Clients.
- P&L account management.
- Quality assurance.
- Using your contacts to bring new clients in.
- Working with your team on CRE designs for clients.
- Lead on the development of their Scotland office with a view to expand the business into other areas in the future.
Experience and skills required for this Regional Director role are:
- CRE - Civils background
- Senior Line Management experience
- Engineering Degree
- Management of P&L accounts
- Ability to build relationships with team members of all levels and clients.
