Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Based between site, and home. You will ideally be based between Norfolk or surrounding areas.
Rate: To discuss on application depending on experience - this would be an inside IR35 position.
Duration: 12 months minimum
Our client who is one of the UK's top national Contractors, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor within their education division.
This is a great opportunity for a very experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to secure long term work. These are new schemes that are in early work stages. You ideally will have prior education experience so you have a good grasp of the processes ideally. We have a number of projects in the area and we are looking for a confident Senior QS to run with these projects. Values range from £15-30 million
You need to have a can do, proactive attitude. Someone who is happy to do the job, and be part of the team. You need to be a switched-on individual who is confident in their abilities.
Surveying Requirements
- Ideally education experience however prisons / other building experience of refurbishment considered
- Main contractor experience
- Degree educated or chartered is desirable although not essential.
- Have a strong personality and work ethic
- D&B and JCT experience
