Senior Quantity Surveyor - Construction industry

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor ready to step up into a senior quantity surveyor.

Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing costs on projects within the Staffordshire/Midlands area. We are looking for someone would have a good track record in the contracting industry, who is a team player but able to work independently as required.
Key Requirements:
Main contracting background.
Either an established Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a fresh challenge or an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for their next step.
Will have managed costs on construction projects up to a value of £8m.
Exposure to a range of sectors including education, commercial, local authority and residential.
Good knowledge of standard forms of contract.
