Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location : East/West Midlands - site/office split - 1 day home working
Rate: Negotiable
Duration: 6-month ongoing contract
Required Experience: Care home experience/Large residential apartments/Complicated apartment blocks/Need someone with technical capacity
My client is looking for an experience freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor who has worked on Care homed, Large residential apartments, Complicated apartment blocks projects and has a technical capacity. They need someone to hit the ground running, to start asap and is happy to work on site/in the office.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Scheduling of rates, and applications of payment, and revenue / reports
- Managing own diary
- Understand, prepare and present monthly cost/value reports.
- Preparation and management of sub-contracts.
- Maintaining appropriate commercial records in line with contract requirements
Key Experience for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
- 2+ years' experience, ideally with experience within a similar role
- Relevance degree or qualification in the field.
- Care home experience/Large residential apartments/Complicated apartment blocks/Need someone with technical capacity experience
