Location: Northampton
Rate: £300-£320 per day
Payment Method: CIS Or Ltd
Duration: 10 Months

Our client is a main contractor who focus in the delivery of construction and civil engineering projects.
Due to another successful tender win, they are now looking for an experienced freelance site manager who will lead on an industrial project in Northampton.
The site is due to commence within the next few weeks and so the candidate will need to be available as soon as possible.
This project will need a confident and experienced manager who has worked on high value industrial schemes.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Site Manager Role
- Delivered schemes from inception to completion as a number 1
- Main contractor background
- Ideally worked on Industrial projects
- Ambitious and self-motivated individual, able to think on your feet.
- Full UK Driving License
- A stable track record of employment
Experience & Qualifications:
- Applicants will ideally have experience of managing all aspects of the build process as well as up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
- Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong team leadership skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to think ahead
- Proven Longevity with Previous Employers
