Unified Communications Solution Architect

Job Description

I am currently seeking a skilled Solution Architect looking for a new opportunity in the Telecommunications industry.
In this role as a Solution Architect, you'll be working on exciting projects, where your experience will play a vital role in company growth and development.


Key Responsibilities for the Unified Communications Solution Architect:

• Gather requirements for bids, pre-sales, and post-sales whilst engaging with cross-functional teams.
• Provide end to end architecture governance, leadership, and solution design.
• Create Component functional document like High-Level Design & Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD.)
• Develop and own enterprise architecture artefacts, strategies, and roadmaps.
• Provide and own architecture deliverable outcomes such as proof of concept and bid (PQQ, ITT).
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical expertise, ensuring solutions meet customer needs effectively.
• Act as overall solution escalation route for design/fault resolution through-out the solution design life cycle until accepted into service.

Requirements for the Unified Communications Solution Architect:


• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Solution Development, Implementation and HLD/LLD
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience of on premise and cloud unified communication technology architecture disciplines
• Proven experience with Fixed Voice Telecommunications (PBX, carrier class VoIP/IPT and SIP).
• Comprehensive Knowledge and Hands on Experience of Industry Architecture Methodologies and Languages (TOGAF, ITIL, eTOM)
• Experienced in Developing Roadmaps and Governance Structures in line with Customer Requirements.
• Knowledge on OSS/BSS platforms.
