This is a great opportunity for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established Tier 1 Reinstatement Contractor working with great clients within the Utilities industry.
Your role as a Junior Quantity Surveyor will be committing to giving clients an ultimate service of quality, prompt and reliable undertaking of first-time reinstatement works and full support of the management and teams.
This will be a site-based role on the outskirts of London with offices in East London or Bedfordshire
Key Responsibilities for this Junior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Working with a variety of clients across all utilities
- Reporting
- Costing
- Subcontract Management
- Client Liaison
Key Requirements for this Junior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working with framework contracts
- Experience with highways/road construction projects
- Strong commercial awareness
- Knowledge of measurement methodologies
Package offered for this Junior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Salary £35,000 - £38,000 (depending on skills and experience)
- Standard package, pension and holidays etc.
