We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading developer on a large residential development project in West Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working with a main contractor or developer on residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the residential development project from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction with project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Project Manager with a main contractor or developer on residential projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale residential projects.
- Excellent understanding of construction processes, project management tools, and safety regulations.
- Full working rights in Ireland are mandatory for this role.
